Baptismal fount, curative rain Blessed from above, pardons our stain. Nature’s fury, lightning the skies, Thunder rumbles, wind howls and cries Dance on roof tops, soothing the mind Relieving angst, muffling our pine. Cleansing shower, liquid launder Wash down the mire, rinse 'way squalor Water the corn, barley and wheat Nourish the crops, all that we eat Faith sprouts renewed, wellspring so dear. Dampen drought’s dust, torrents grey cheer Drench wooded hills, fill rustic streams Plenished Rivers, swell to their seams. Nurture flora, hydrate dried dreams Rouse green power, follow sunbeams Birds sing in cheer, nature ordains Fragrant freshness, celebrate rain.

This one rocks. I love your poems
Good one, nothing like a good rain shower, bonus if it has thunder and lightning.
